If you have ever seen the movie ‘Field of Dreams’, you may understand a little about the power of really believing in something. One of the most famous lines from the movie is “If you build it, they will come…”
The reason that I am even discussing this is because visualization and belief go hand in hand. In order to be successful or to achieve your goals, you must first believe that it is possible. Visualizing yourself in successful situations is an excellent way to push you past that last little bit of unbelief that is stuck in your subconscious.
Few people really understand the true power of visualization, so it is a vastly underused technique. But once you understand how powerful visualization really is, you will realize that should implement visualization techniques in every facet of your life. But one of the hardest things for people to do is to figure out to implement visualization techniques in their lives.
Honestly, unleashing the power of visualization in your life is not as difficult as you may believe. You can start with a few simple visualization exercises. First of all, you need to have a clear and precise vision of success or your desired goal. Then you simply envision yourself as already having obtained the goal you desire. When you envision yourself in the desired success scenario, imagine what it feels like and how your life will be positively enhanced as a result. Once you can clearly see it, replay this success scenario mentally every opportunity you get.
You will eventually find yourself dismissing all doubts about your ability to achieve whatever you desire. It is important that you continue with these visualization exercises even if you have doubts at first. With daily visualization techniques, you will slowly replace your subconscious doubts with the belief that you can and will achieve whatever you desire. And this is the first step towards success.

I wrote it because I have read about some people manifesting after forgetting about what they intended, and others feeling the need to visualize. So, what I wrote, which was inspired by an Abraham Hicks video more or less clears that issue up for me.
