Putting Positive Thinking and Affirmations to Work for You (Part 3)

In the two previous posts, we discussed some of the first steps that you must take in order for positive thinking and affirmations to work in your. We will continue the discussion in this post. After you have taken inventory in your life and listed the steps of action that you should to accomplish the goals that you desire, you are ready to move on to the actual step of constructing positive affirmations for your life.

What you will need to do is to write down your affirmations and speak them aloud in the morning and at night. Your daily affirmations should be a direct result of positive thinking. If you need help constructing positive affirmations, see our post on the subject here. When you are meditating on your affirmations, be sure to sit or stand in the same place every time. In this way, your mind will learn to associate your affirmations with a specific location.

After you have been practicing your affirmations for maybe a month or so, it is time to review what you have learned and accomplished from the process. You are sure to be surprised at the progress that you have made in this short period of time. Even if you have only made minor gains, it is imperative that you remain positive about the goals that you are striving towards. Sometimes, it takes longer than we think that it should. But as long as you continue to work towards your goal, you will continue to see progress. That’s it for today….
